Tracked and wheeled machines are our bread and butter. We match the trailer to the machine’s weight, footprint and height so it rides low, legal where possible, and secured to spec.
What’s included
Trailer matched to axle weights and height
Drive-on loading by experienced operators
Chain-and-binder securement at each tie-down point
When freight is wider than 8′6″, taller than legal height, longer than a standard trailer or heavier than 80,000 lbs gross, it needs a plan. We build that plan state by state.
Every state has its own permit office, fees, travel rules and escort thresholds. We file and track all of them so you don’t have to learn 48 rulebooks.
What’s included
Single-trip and multi-state OS/OW permits
Superload applications and bridge analyses when required
The shortest route is rarely the right one for a 15-foot-tall load. We plan around low clearances, weak bridges, tight turns and construction — and survey in person when the load calls for it.
What we check
Overpass, sign and traffic-signal clearances
Bridge weight postings and restrictions
Turning radius at intersections and site entrances
Wide, long and tall loads often need certified pilot vehicles — sometimes police escorts. We schedule the right number of escorts for each state segment of the trip.
What’s included
Certified lead and chase pilot cars
Height-pole vehicles for tall loads
Police escort coordination where required
Escort handoffs at state lines
When you’ll need one
Many states require an escort starting around 12′ wide, two escorts past 14–16′, and a height pole for tall loads. Rules vary — our load checker gives a quick read.
Complex moves
Project Cargo
Energy and industrial projects bring one-of-a-kind components on tight schedules. We coordinate with your project team, riggers and crane crews so the delivery lands on your timeline.
Equipment dealers, rental fleets and auction buyers need machines moved quickly and often. We offer dependable capacity and simple scheduling for repeat business.
Moving a production line or a single press? We handle the over-the-road leg and coordinate with your millwrights and riggers for loading, so the move stays on schedule.
